I just picked up a clean title evo VIII w/ no accidents on file.. I really want to just part the car out to be honest cause i am constantly needing parts to keep our race car going.. I am curious to find out what a clean title, no body damage, 60k mile evo 8 shell would sell for?? thanks for the info fellas!!

 

i had a local selling an Evo 8 shell for $500, had no title, I would imagine you should be able to get 5K+ for just a shell with title and no accidents

 

I would think 5k would be a good ballpark to start, as most clean honda EG hatchback shells/rolling chassis or equivalent that are 15+ yrs old sometimes pull 1k to 1.5k.

 

cool, so worst case scenario it should go for 2500 no problem.. Im just trying to make sure i dont screw myself in the end.. if i can get 2500+ for the shell it will make it worth my while to part it.. thanks for the advice fellas...

 

yeah $2500 should be no problem, I could probably get you a few buyers for that price

 

also, when you refer to a shell that is pretty much a bare car on 4 steelies right?? basically stripped out completely..

 

Yeah just a rolling chassis is all it is

 

if i was only getting 2500 id take all the interior out and sell it, unless its already taken out.
