What's the top speed with the 5-spd?

Obviously searched, but came up with nothing. I find it odd, that no matter which words I type in the search box, the same threads always pop up.
Any event, what is it? Evo 9, stock with the 5-speed? Haven't tried with mine yet, but noticed it spins pretty high just at freeway speeds. Looks like it'd run out of revs at 140 or so.

From the TRE website

SPEED @ RPM = 7500
4.53 oem final drive

1st = 40
2nd = 64
3rd= 89
4th = 122
5th = 174

This is just gearing. Wind, road, hp, aero...etc all play into the top end. But its not 140.

Correct, so it would cut the top end some.

IX - .761
VIII - .720

Im getting 164 @ 7500 RPM via good old internet math.

154 slightly before redline, into a significant headwind. No aero mods. Standard USDM IX.

I call "redline" the rev limit in the ECU and not the one painted the tach.

Yeah, I'm going off the guage, not the electronic limiter.

i have gone 175 in the '03 & had 1K rpm left b4 redline.

GPS verified bcuz speedos lie which is y if u get pulled by a cop & he "paces" u, the ticket will be thrown when u request that the cop show the court his Speedo Calibration Report (Hint: cops don't verify speedos in their cars)...

more power=less time & distance to attain speed. my freeway run was on the same freeway that the Lambo ran 219 on. late nights around 2-4am make for spirited motoring...
