Wow, your roomate is the most retarded person I have ever known. I am a car freak and I do love modding cars, but I don't spend money if I don't have it. I do occassionaly use my credit card to purchase parts, but I pay it off at the end of the month when the bill comes. Taking out multiple loans because you have no money is just plain imature and lack of responsibility. IMO there are other things that take priority over my car. Just my opinion.
