Dont do what I did, bought an AMS knowing that soon I was going to upgrade the intercooler. Ended up going with the Buschur racing and it came with a lower. So I wasted money because I didnt think far enough ahead.

Of course I got the 20g and the installation kit came with another one lol..

Yes, I used all the clamps that were reusable. I switched so long ago that I can't remember if I had to change any sizes.

Nisei Engineering has a bracket that will support the pipe from popping off at high boost. There are some differences in design as well. Most LICP or pipes in general are made from multiple pieces. Nisei Engineering is the only one who makes a solid, no welding required to form a LICP, single piece CNC mandrel bent pipe kit.

Check out the link if you want more information on the differences of multiple piece vs 1 piece LICP. http://www.nisei-evo.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=434

Any other place to get the Nisei LICP? Any other good pipe?

I am not sure if getting the NISEI steel one is a good idea due to rust issues. This is for an EVO 8.
I use the NISEI steel one, and it hasn't given me any problems.

I doubt the Nisei pipe is bent from one single pipe. Most complex bends require multiple pieces welded togther because there is a minimum amount of pipe that is needed to be clamped within a mandrel bender. So each bend ends up with "legs" that must be cut off. Then the pieces are welded together. The welds can be welded smooth and polished giving the appearance of one single pipe.

Nisei makes a aluminum version as well. If you can't get it through Motiongarage just go direct. http://www.nisei-evo.com/order.html

Too bad half of the video is completely worthless... you get to experience somebody picking music to bend pipe to. Then he finally decides on a track from Dre's "The Chronic"...

It's like waiting for somebody's music to end on their stupid VM greeting so you can leave them a message. Wheee.

the best LICP for the money is fighters garage, their LICP is aluminum so it's light.
They did have fitment issue before, but their new one is 3 piece design, so there will be no issue, I have it on mine. most people prob wont like the 3 piece design, but there is no problem at all. AMS, NISEI and buschur are all great, especially NISEI, but they cost too much for the aluminum one, and I felt the steel ETS licp and it felt heavy compare to my alum licp.
