Had an older guy in his 50s try and run my buddy off the road while on his motorcycle... He ended up having a young kid with him also.. Some people sorry to hear about your car.

This is why I carry a gun and a CCW. That is the perfect demonstration where deadly force is authorized!

With all do respect, a car is a car. It doesn't have a brother, sister, kids or whatever. Who knows what the guy was going through a the time. A persons life is irreplaceable, when it ends it's all over. You can't pull the dent out of his forehead, give him a paint job and expect him to go on his way. Once you pull that trigger, you can change the lives of hundreds of people. If you are already set on shooting, why not shoot the leg, shoulder, or foot.
Because then you would have a much harder time in court. You shoot to kill, not to harm. I do however agree with everything else you said. Unless my life or a loved one is in danger I have no intention on shooting another human being. This is coming from someone with a chl and 4 or 5 hand guns.

wow man that is terrible i would have lost it if it was my evo!!! i had a similar problem on the highway once with this guy in a truck. i was in the fast lane and he went into the grass on the side of me and tried to ram me with his truck. people are nuts bro i had to go 130mph to get away from this physico he was trying to crash into me and then would pull in front of me then slam on his brakes making people on the highway swerve out of the way. it was one of the craziest events i have ever been in.

I agree and hope to God I'm never put in a situation where I'd have to use my firearm. But if my family was ever threatened by some lunatic, I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

How can shoot to kill be better than shoot to harm? With one you'd be charged with murder... and the other you'd be charged with "assaulting" someone?

Plus with self-defense... if somebody kicked the side of your car... wouldn't shooting him be considered excessive force?
