Who has the best deal on HKS, GSC cams?

GSC I think has a better price than HKS. But I don't know about quality on either of them. I think you can only get the GSC cams through GSC. Try vivid racing, they might have the HKS cams for a good price.

Haven't ruled out Cosworth just never heard much about them in comparison to HKS GSC, JUN etc.

JUN probably have the highest gains, but it is all top end power and high revs.

The durations are not all equal. Cosworth 272s are MUCH more aggressive than HKS 272s and the traps and dynos don't lie.

Cosworth M1 and M2 both work fine with stock valvesprings and retainers to a tested 8000rpms.

I put about 35k on hks 272/272 cams no problems 64k on the car.
