If it was your lower intercooler pipe you could have disconnected the maf sensor and babied it home. This happened to my friend and this is what he did.

 

Hey, it was just a hose that blew off. The clutch/flyhweel is amazing btw. (Not sure which hose, my bet is one of the IC pipes as suggested.)

Good thing it was just a hose. I had the same thing happen when I was getting on to the freeway. It sounded like the car backfired. It was a loud pop and then I could not give it any throttle, but the car would idle fine. The hose popped off of the throttle body.

 

I just have bad luck then, everytime my shiz blows off it just dies. Good thing thats all it was though.

 

Anyone have any suggestions for a pipe that won't blow off?

 

I have all buschur pipes if your talking about the IC pipes. There upper is only two pipes so cuts down on how many you have to blow off lol. But I haven't had any troubles yet with them.
