Check Craigslist too, you might find your culprit there.
In the end you'll probably get a nicer set of rims and tyres for much less than what you would originally had to pay for them. This probably will work out in your favor. Nonetheless it sucks walking out to see this.
A year ago my ex threw bricks through my front and rear windows, slashed all four tyres and scraped the hell out of the side windows. In the end I ended up payin only $350 for everything. New tyres, new windshield, etc.

you should see the shadyness in so-cal ..anyone with a 99-00 civic si probly wont own one a year before someone takes the OEM rims ... and I have seen LOTS of si's with engines that were taken out so well , you would that they were doing a engine swap (just not on the Si right..?) I cant tell you how many older civics are rolling out with si rims, engines, seats, clusters etc. And if you have an integra type-r ...you may as well kiss that bish goodbye as soon as you buy it.
