Get the conversation on tape of the dealer telling you you can have a refund...then they cannot lie again and say they did not offer it....I would take my money back and go someplace else...imagine how their service AFTER this will be for you.....RUN!

no way in hell can they not let you have YOUR back if you ask for it. It was only an exterior cosmetic change, not like it wouldn't run correctly if you drove it without the wing until it arrived. Threaten legal action and get ready to back it up if needed.

Have you at least seen your car? What if someone came in and made an offer on your car? It seems odd that they woud be offering you Evos in other colors....

The car is in the back in the service lot its not on the dealer lot i will tell you what dealership it is once i get my car. Some guy told me that if the dealer sent in the registration that they could only sell it as used but if they heald the papers they could sell it new now matter how many miles are on the car I just hope they held
them.

The conversion from gt-style spoiler(dinky wing) to the CF one takes more than 1-2hours. Dont forget, they'll need to fill the whole in the middle. You also live in california, so theyll need to install a third brake light on the rear window.

3 weeks for a CF wing, they lied to you in your face. I think theyre trying to get a white with CF spoiler since its alot easier to change. Did you check your car while your at the dealership?

I dont know about mitsubishi but with toyota if you call there customer service and tell them your experience they do call that dealership and try to iron things up.

If I were you, I would walk right into the dealership, go to your car, get in, and drive away.... They CANNOT keep you from your car unless it's in an unsafe driving condition, which a wing situation does not constitute a dangerous driving hazzard.. As you drive off the lot, tell them to call you when the wing is actually sitting there, and you'll come back...

If you bought/own the car, they already have your money.

If you only made a deposit, it is not your car and the deposit may be nonrefundable.

WTF

I don't mean to sound like an old fogey, but what is your age? You mention bringing in your parents to speak with the dealer. If your negotiating skills are the same as your writing skills then the dealer will have his way with you. Your writing is horrible. Is english your native language or are you from another country?

People are asking for the dealer (three times by my count) so that they know who to avoid. They are not trying to get in your business.

You should jump all over it any time you get a chance to get a new car. You don't want a car with patched up drill holes in the trunk. Good luck!

WTF? If you click on the link the white/black is advailable and prepainted. When the wing is in stock, drive your car to the dealer and have them install it or do it yourself. Probably takes 10 mins to bolt right on.

Exactly...if you have actually purchased the car, then it is YOUR PROPERTY, and the dealership cannot keep it from you! If you need to, CALL THE POLICE and have them meet you there so you can get YOUR CAR back! Jeebus, man, there is just no ****ing way in hell I would put up with that for THREE WEEKS!!!

Of course, if you have just put a deposit down, then you should be able to get that back, but you don't own the car yet, so all you can get is your deposit back.

Sounds like you purchased it, though...if they have already titled it in your name, then GO DOWN THERE RIGHT ****ING NOW and get your car!!! I'm wondering, too, if they didn't damage it and are trying to cover it up...if I were you, I'd go over that car with a fine-tooth comb before driving it away.

DO NOT LET THEM **** WITH YOU!!! IF THEY TRY TO PHYSICALLY STOP YOU FROM DRIVING YOUR CAR AWAY, THEN IMMEDIATELY CALL THE POLICE!!!
