Help with evo dealer prob
This is another nail in the coffin of Santa Monica Mitsubishi. THose were the bastards trying to charge a 28,000 dollar mark-up. Why anyone would go to this dealership after all the horror stories I've heard is beyond me. If they went out of business, I don't think anyone would mind.

I get a call the next day from the guy im buying the car from saying the wing is going to cost them to much money and they wont to give me a black one on the lot and I say no to it so they decide to try to get me a new white blue or silver evo. after another week they dont call me so i go down there and no one will talk to me so i go back wit my dad and they say now there going to bite the bullet and put the wing on it but they have had the car for 3 weeks!!! the sales manager says itll be done on friday my dad asked what happens if its not done my then he says they dont want to take back the car but if i want they will give me a refund. so i go home talk to my mom and we decide we wont a refund so i call back the same day and the sales manager says he ordered the part and i have to give them a chance to fix the car wtf they have had it for 3weeks he said itll be done on friday and if it isnt or i dont like the job i can get a refund he claims but im not sure since they have been lieing to me the whole time what should I do? I want a refund cause they dont deserve my money but do I have to wait until friday or should i demand it back? I also live in california so what are the laws for this situation here?

wow, just go get the funcking car then leave. then when the wing arrives from japan, or where ever, you get in the car and drive back to them to pick up your wing that you overpaid 2,021 dollars for and then they can put it on for you. Duh! otherwise, you can walk right in get in and drive away. if they do not give you a refund for the wing. then, lets use simple common sense here. ummm? wowo you paid for service that wasnt completed in the timeframe alloted and qouted to you by however many people. that my friends is a lawsuit. get a, also overpriced, lawyer and sue the shi+ out of them. funck this place hard.
