mechanical boost gauge...

I am trying to install my mechanical boost gauge today, but I am unsure which vacuum line to tap into. I already have the gauges vacuum line through the firewall, I just am clueless as to what to cut and TEE into...any help would be great and if you have a pic of the line for you...

i think u can use any vacuum line that goes to the intake manifold.

kind of ebarassing, but i seriously dont really know what im looking at as far as vacuum lines etc...

ummm no shop for me. i know how to do the stuff, i just dont know what friggin line to cut into...

FPR Line - its fine

Thats where Mitsu taps in for the MR boost gauge

if you use the FPR make sure you zip tie it good!

the easiest place to tap is where the bov line goes into the intake manifold. Just follow your bov line up to the intake and just tap it there. that is where I tapped it for my Defi gauge. No problems and it's very accurate.

I use the vac line from the DV. This is an old pic - but it should be enough for you to figure it all out.
