Cam timing and ignition timing aren't the same thing. Are you guys talking about something else?

^I was referin to ignition timing in which I though could be adjusted with the EMS, maybe I was wrong or just missunderstood what he said. He mentioned adjustable cam gears but I was talking about mostly ignition..

At one point the manifold sparked when he let out of the throttle.. He told me that it was air excaping out.. I kept thinking it was going to blow up

Your spool seems to be the same as any other 2.0 with a green. Nice numbers though.

All "real" engine management systems including the AEM EMS have the ability to control ignition timing. You can't tune an engine properly without the ability to control ignition timing.

If you want to adjust cam timing then you use adjustable cam gears.

You are both very confused.

Ignition timing and cam "timing" are extremely different

Get off wastegate spring and run some boost control and that thing will actually spool like you have a 2.3L, not a 2.0L like the curves currently look like.

And over 12:1 AFR until 6,000 rpm? This is on pump gas??

Oh man the manifold was sparking due to excaping air according to this uber tuner...
