Sold the Lambo for my much loved EVO IX RS Two different Worlds. Love them both for different reasons.

 

Ive driven e-55's extensively, and your on crack if 1. you think it weighs 3200 lbs. and 2. it will lap any track faster than a modified evo. Seriously that's laughable. They are fast cars, but definitely not track cars. Once again we're talking about Ferrari 360's and evos.

 

BTW, a 2004 e55 claimed curb weight is 4037 lbs. which is far from 3200 lbs.

 

LOL@ the AMG guy. Sorry, but your 4,000+lb luxury sedan is not a great circuit racer. They are however highway monsters. I could understand if you had like a CLK63 Black Series or something, but no way in hell can you tell me an E55 compares to an Evo on the track.

 

In some ways this doesnt surprise me. Youre getting close to exotic speed and handling with a bolt on EVO

 

FYI my E-55 is mod, it isnt stock man. there isnt any rear back seats or AC...ect. Would you like me to take a pix of my E-55 to show you to that its a track car? It has a 6 point roll bar in it at that weight.


Come on man...not everyone is on the same boat here, OP have already show that but yes let us get back to Ferrari 360's and evos since its this tread and you cant make any other cars be a track car only Ferraris and Evos

 

As a matter of fact, yes, I would like to see what a 3200 lb. e55 looks like. I'm gonna call bs. A 900 lb. diet would be no small feat.

 

3200# E55 with cage LOL.., I too would like to see pics. I drive an E63 and I couldn't throw enough money at it to keep up with any evo on a track Straightline/ hwy they are awesome, but no way way on a circuit.

I would NEVER buy a ferrari UNLESS I could afford an evo as well....... Honestly, spending 100-300g on a car and NOT being able to afford another car like the evo would be totally insane lol

For me to buy a ferrari or a lamborghini, I would have to have a nice house, a great wife, a couple kids, a more then perfectly steady income of maybe 20 years straight, a daily driver with a sporty car AND the lambo and ferrari on the side. I would need someone else to do my bills and NEVER run out of money in the process to hit up florida or take a cruise across the carribean.

get my drift? lol A ferrari or lambo is a car you just buy because you can without even THINKING the thing cost money

If my evo was paid off and I was told to give it away for a free lamborghini murcielago or a ferrari f-430 or even a 360... my evo would be GONE!!! see ya later mitsu! then id just get another later on.

lambo > ferrari mr.lambo made it because he didnt like ferrari there are alot of people who dont like ferrari's such as me i would buy a z06 instead.. over 100k for a car it better come with a lil house in the back
