Go West Marine, they have SS liner clamps (no perfs) and T-bolt clamps. There's a bunch of them around here.

I had the same problem and i did as someone mentioned earlier and used carb cleaner to clean the pipes and couplers and then used the hairspray method and have not had a problem since. Been at least 6 months since i blew a pipe off.

However when you get yours done make sure you let me know and I might commission you to do some work if you are interested
Where did you find them for 50$? Send me a link.

55 bucks is a good deal for just the clamp and sleeve, but you still need 2 weld ferrules (40$ each) and some 0-rings (6$) Then pay someone to weld them on (170$/hr. unless your a good TIG welder ) X however many clamps you need.

I'm just a hack, I plan on having my local shop do the TIG welding and final fit once I get everything sorted.

Wiggins clamps will cost you a minimum of 100 for a 2.5" coupler. Not to mention having to have a custom set of IC pipes made to accomodate them.

Let me know what size you need and how many. Ours are made in the UK and are measured in metric. 80mm fits 2.5" pipes and throttle bodies.

They have several "washers" on the them. They are only $50 to cover the entire car and work great.

28 psi daily on regular rusty C-clamps (on aftermarket IC and IC pipes.) Never had anything blow off.

Problem with some T-clamps is they are so wide they get on the beaded/rolled part of the pipe and slide off.

Important thing is - having beaded/rolled pipes and putting the clamp behind that roll.

For the third time in a week I have blown a F***ING ICP pipe off my car. I got it fixed once by 4WS who did it in record time and it blew again only because the coupling was too short. So I fixed it myself yesterday and made sure the coupling had a good inch on each side of the LICP and the IC and put 2 tbolt calmps on the LICP side and BOOM it goes again at 2am last night.

I had to drive 35mph for about 10-15 miles which sucked major @ss. I tried to do the hairspray thing yesterday but it didnt get all tacky so I dont think I had the right type of hair spray I think rubber cement would be better but then be a B!tch to take apart.

Has this happened to anyone repeatedly before? Was it the same pipe that kept blowing off or since you secured one solid did another on pop off? I will findout later today what happened when I rip my car apart again.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I had the same thing happen to me the other day after installing the Injen UICP and intake. I thought I blew the engine At least you got home safe...
