Putting my evo turbo on a s2000?
The reasons why I ask are:
1. Its never been done before or at least that I know of
2. I have all these stock parts left around from the evo.
3. Just throwing out a question to learn more about the 16g

The smallest you'll want to go is either the GT2871 or 3071. I'd probably go with the 3071 given the 9k redline to reduce backpressure to take advantage of the F20C's high rpm flow; even if it doesn't hit 15 psi until 4k rpms, you still have another 5k rpms to play with. I think 15psi should be good for about 400whp.
My S2000 weighs about 2400lbs and should be making around 550rwhp @ 13psi and 91 octane. I am having the motor fully built and will max out the 35R on C16 (should be over 700rwhp). Needless to say the car will be deep into the 9s. When that happens I'd love to line-up against the likes of DB and have some fun!

Here is a generic turbo mapping. Using 8800 rpm, 90 VE, 6 psi (pressure ratio), 2.2L. I calculate a pressure ratio of 1.408 and flow rate of 30.3lb/min.
Plotting these numbers on a 16g compressor map puts you off the map somewhere below 50% efficiency. 60% is minimum to shoot for.

come on man
common sense
the evo turbos are way way too small for the high flowing, high reving vtec heads.
honda vtec motors are much more efficent and have a much high VE than the 4g63
a gt30r size turbo should be the smallest turbo anyone should consider for a s2k
