is your car reflahsed? how much boost? 13k on stock iridium is little quick. boost leak shouldn't cause the plugs to wear out fast. Do you experience sputters/misfire under WOT condition?

I have changed my plugs and wires once I have 30,000 on my car... One thing I would recommend would be putting dielectric grease on the boot when reinstalling cause it looked like the plug may have been arching inside the boot...

Iridium electrodes are pointy. Before you go replacing perfectly fine plugs, search around for a picture of iridium plugs.
