Congratulations to being the first in the 9's on 'the island'. The first can never be taken away.

 

His the fastest, but this guy -> http://carrito.net/board/showthread.php?t=155311 did it earlier, 9.4 @ 143 all boost, still an amazing acomplishment by chuco and his crew, and with 153 mph he could be the first in the 8's in PR.

The car is doing 1.7's so I think there is still plenty of room for improvement, this is not the last we here from Jesus 'CHUCO' Vela's EVO 8, for sure...

 

Thanks Johnny @ Carrito.net. We had some problem hooking up with the ET Street tire so we are going to buy some real slick to try once more to get those wanted low 1.40's 60 foot. By the way was 154mph.
