I have never heard of a PBA card and I know plenty of police officers.

When i was in the military man that sticker was like a jackpot cause the cops knew that you had money and loved the fact that they knoew you would just pay it and not fight. Well at least most

I will admit that when I get pulled over and I'm not near my military installation I hand the police officer my military ID along with my driver's license. It has gotten me out of many tickets.

got randomly choose when I was pulling into the midtown tunnel the other day as well. I showed him my "jailfree pass" and he immediately says, i dont need to see that. Then he say's where is your front plate, I said someone hit me in the front and it fell off... you can see the dent. he goes on to the front and checks, then he checks my tint.. then my registration, inspection sticker then my paperworks. about 30 mins of nonesense, he gives me back everything and says.. "PUT THAT FRONT PLATE ON" he was a dick too cuz he couldnt write me up. I knew he was pissed since he say my pass. : )

A concealed carry permit works wonders too.

I'm from Chicago and I work at O'Hare airport. If you work at the airport, the city has to issue you a badge to access the airport. That badge has come in really handy! Since it's a city issued badge, cops see my badge and just let me go .
