Chicago will never allow concealed carry. The politicians here are stupid. There was over 20 shootings this last weekend and all they could say was "there's too many guns in the city" and crap like that. Don't they realize that when you outlaw guns, the only people that will have them will be the criminals? I swear, the fact that the residents of this state continue to let it turn in to the new Kalifornia is rather sickening. I'm glad I'm only on orders to live here for 2 more years.

I've got PBA cards, never had to use em though. Then again I'm someone that will take blame when I'm caught doing something wrong. I don't chalk it up to 'harassment' 'jealousy' or 'profiling' or point the finger at anyone but myself. . .

I was too at first but after hearing some stories about the situations in which people present them and actually get out off I feel like using it to get out of an exhaust ticket isn't really that bad. Besides this is only the first time i got pulled over for exhaust and only the second time getting pulled over in the evo in 3 years.

Interesting. It's kind of like the CHP 11-99 Foundation license plate frames here in California.

How do you not know what a PBA card is? And if you have one of these cards it has to be from a person who you know closely...you can buy these things off ebay...but you need to be ready to tell them who the cop is you know when you hand them the card...they also take the pba cards sometimes. I know people who have also given these cards to a cop and they dont even acknowledge them - it depends on the officer.

it's surprising to hear the NJ cops still pull people over with after market exhaust, I've gotten pulled over a few times and they never say anything about my greddy catback (I have TBE). The last time I got pulled over was for having my window tinted, but I only had the rear tinted and cop thought I had front windows tinted. She let me go, and she looked at my greddy profec B boost control says, "You can't have that radar detector".
I bet your Turbo XS exhaust is not as quiet as my Greddy, and also depends on what gear you were in, if you are crusing using low gear then it will make it louder than higher gear.

Huh? Washington D.C. and Virginia are the only places in the US that radar detectors are illegal.
