Pulled over.. Cop very disappointed.

SO I'm taking a nice leisurely cruise yesterday at about 2pm. I'm doing the speed limit i'm on the right lane of a two lane road. I see a cop in the median but pay no attention i'm driving fine and cars around me are going faster than me so no prob. To make a long story short like 2 miles later he pulls me over. WTF, immediately i know it has to be because of the exhaust. So he tells me he pulls me over for my exhaust being too loud and for my front plate not being mounted properly... WTF It's being mounted on the stock brackets from day one. SO I'm trying to talk to him for a bout 3-4 minutes and seeing that he won't budge I pulled my PBA card out. I swear his expression was priceless he seemed so disappointed when he saw it, asked me a million questions about it. So he eventually gives me all my documents back and lets me go but just as he gives me my license back he says"are you going to take care of that exhaust? Probably not right?" I couldn't help but smile and told him that i had to pass inspection soon and if it passed the way it is I wouldn't .

where in Jersey did he pull you over? I got pulled over a few months back, the first badge I pulled out the police officer told me never to show it because it was from NY (Lieutenants badge-I was nervous )then the second one(mystery) I pulled out he smiled and told me to go on my merry way .

Sometimes that is worse than getting the ticket.

to me thats called government corruption. i be there is a "politician berevolence assosociation" where the city will look the other way if you break laws and such, or they will make a 2 year sidewalk construction site on a business owner you dont like.

this was near lebanon on route 22, i have a turbo sx TBE with test pipe. IMO it's very quiet until you get on it.
