Thats why im just gonna keep my car for a little bit longer if I dont get my asking price. Im somewhat flexible but not by much. I only have 11k on my car so the car is pretty much brand new. I need to drive this car more : )

I love this car.. I guess buying a house can wait until i finish paying off the evo. LOL

Why are you selling it??? I figured I would ask since no one else did. Also I use to live in Valpo, do you have the blue one that runs around there??

Like some say, the economy is going down for now, fuel cost is going up and so you'll just have to wait and the right buyer will come take it from you. Good luck

ya economy sucks, people are getting very worried about gas prices, why buy an evo with 18mph when gas prices can go over 4.00/gallon easy.
lots of cars out there around 28-33 mph

put it back to stock, new buyers don't want all that junk on it. brings the cost down for the most part, and gives off an impression that you raped the car(probably did)

Try parting it out. A stock Evo will usually be worth more than a slightly modified example. I'd also suggest eBay or other national sites as Indiana isn't a prime Evo market haha.

Its hard, but it can happen, I just got a IX used. You have to find the right buyer, it will take time...try selling a Hummer H2!!

Yeah, good luck with that. That thing gives like 9mpg or something like that. As soon as you crank the engine, you need to look for a gas station already. Now with gas at $4 a gallon. Good luck bro.

Try selling a V8 Truck, I've got it listed 4k under KBB, no bites for 6 months cars.com/autotrader.com and tried taking it to carmax.

Thats the problem...big misconception on its efficiency. Its a 6600lbs AWD truck and I got about 11~13mpg. Before the H2 I had a V6 Ranger 4wd and got about 16mpg. Now that is very inefficient. Anyway the H2 is gone, and right on time

AND the fuel costs. I am probably going to spend most of the time riding it down my hill in neutral.
A big ditto to that. Why buy a 2-3 year old used Evo IX when you can buy the newest model brand new with a warranty for $5-6k more? Plus people are fearful that used Evos are beat on (and A LOT of them have been beat on).

It doesn't matter what people say or think, VIII and IX prices are going to come down.

Fuel and rising (cause people keep crashing them) insurance prices don't help either.

Anyway good luck selling, I may be in the market in a few months.
