I've ordered several things from lancershop and they have fast shipping and good cust. service imo

 

I probably ordered from them 7+ times, never had a problem, always fast shipping.

 

yeah i like lancershop good prices! i never had a problem with them.

 

I ordered a exhaust gasket,shifter bushings and a head gasket a week ago and only two of them showed up. 1 fed-ex 1 ups and the other has yet to arrive. They say its on the way. So parts are shipped at different times with different carriers from different whorehouses. kinda sux. but i still shop there

 

Poo on them.

 

I've ordered 4 things from them. 3 of them were returned, one of the three i'm still waiting my refund and its been over 3 months (they said up to 60 days to review the defective part and the manufacturer must declare it defective).

Personally, I'd never order from them again. Ever. I'm waiting to post up more details until AFTER I receive my final refund.

Yeah I would go with a NO! my friend ordered a couple of things took way to long to arrive and a few things were wrong. I do not like them as a vendor!

 

Basically the main problem with them is the fact that they do not have certain items in stock. There's no way to tell which of those items they do have. If they have it, shipping is quick. If they don't... You might be waiting a month. It's always better to call and speak to someone. I've spent over $2K on their site. They do carry a lot of good hard to find products.

 

problem with calling and speaking to someone is that the people you talk to dont actually work for lancershop. they are a secondary company that handles all the call for the main company "masterminds" (I think that is its spelling) If you have an issue with them you might as well write off what they owe you.

 

lots of their prices are higher than other company's. Another thing is they drop ship their stuff. you pay lancershop, they buy from another company and have it shipped to you. Also a few items are in my oppionion false advertised, the a-pillar for example. it does not fit that great.

 

I had good luck with them the couple times i ordered. their live chat help was very impressive.

You have to call ahead and make sure they have it in stock.. they are such a big company (Mastaminds Inc.) they dont always update the site.. so call ahead!

call AMS or JNZ tuning. They have really good pricing
