I know its not tech related, but has anyone ordered from Lancershop.com? If so, how would you rate them?

 

they are a vendor so its safe to buy from them just out of curiousity what are you thinking about getting?

 

they deliver really fast if they have the items. you can chat with them online too before you order something.

I would highly suggest that you do a search of that company before you buy anything from them. They have had their fair share of problems.

 

i have used them a few times. They have fast shipping and great customer service.

 

Yea I've also bought from them a few times with no problems. +1 on the fast shipping.

i ordered some fog lights and a shift knob from them with no issues, their live help feature was really helpful.

 

I'm not saying you are wrong but I would like to hear the nature of the problems. You know me, I am pretty picky. LOL

I have purchased quite a bit of stuff from them and have yet to have a problem. they aren't the cheapest but from my experience there customer service and fast shipping are worth the difference. No doubt in my mind that everyone has different experiences but seems the majority of us have had good experiences.

They are OK I guess but always shop around first there are tons of vendors. Z1Auto.com I think I bought 90% of my parts with them and I saved 1k with them vs. lancershop and they had everything to me in 2 days

 

Ive ordered one 4-5 things from them with 1 problem. Ive heard worse from other forum members so be careful

 

not the best customer service at all...
ordered from way back two gauge pillar, they sent me a broken one, it took me a whole week to try and reach someone, and by the time i finally got someone, it took another week and half..

never ordering anything from them again...

 

I've ordered from them a good 5+ times, and everytime I clicked on the "Live Help" button I got a person to chat to that was allways very helpfull. I allways checked the tracking number a day or two after i ordered, the parts allways got to me in 2-4 days. I'd highly recommend them.
