i ordered a few times from them. didn't have any problems at all. shipping was quick

 

Ordered from them 4x so far, fast delivery. The only thing that got me was their name on your CC charge is not lancershop.

 

I just got my LSD and tranny fluid along with my spark plugs and tow sticker THANKS LANCERSHOP AGAIN!!

 

Got my parts today, only complaint was that they didn't let me know my gauge pod was going to be shipped seperate and come in 3 days later. But besides that top notch service, and the live chat is a great asset!

 

I have ordered a couple things from them and they got hear mad quick. like 2 days quick. They seem to have a lot of different parts also.

 

I have never heard of anything like this. They are a licensed seller and they are responsible for all products that they advertise. If they agreed to a refund for your return, that is a separate issue from a manufacturer recall, which does not involve you or your money. If they have both the product you ordered (because you returned it) and your money, I would contact your credit card company and file a complaint. Send your credit card company all of the supporting documentation (shipping info, return number from Lancershop, etc.) and let your credit card get the money back for you.

 

i ordered 2 things at once from them at the same time, same order and they sent in two boxes. one made it to me quick!, the other one well?, ended up in california. had to wait another week so that they could do an investigation. i was so happy when i got the second half. probably a freak accident but, i would still buy from them. they are still a good vendor and they are fast about mailing stuff. just pay attention to where your shipment goes. lol
