Median Age of the Evo Driver
So I was wondering, am I too old to be driving a big wing, rally looking car around when I'm in my 30's and I have a professional job (where I get the weird looks of other co-workers when I pull in)? So, what is the median age of the Evo driver here? I read some of the threads and no offense but by the grammar of some I feel like I'm in high school
The question is, should I be switching to more "mature" vehicle in the likes of M, IS or TL? Any of you "older" guys feel the same way when you get stared down? Just want to get the feel of what you guys think, not that in anyway I'm about to give up on my favorite toy

If it's your favorite toy, then why would you get rid of it because of what others think?
The evo is one of the greatest cars ever built, that alone is a reason to have one untill the day you die.

Hell no. Keep having fun! I'm in the same boat and love it! Young at heart! It's still a car that's $30k+ and outta reach for the avg high-school aged driver. If you really want, grab a second car that so quote fits our age/profession bracket.
Who cares what other people think? People ask me all the time why I went from an M3 to an Evo, but none of them have actually driven an Evo.
It makes me smile every time I drive it, and that's all that matters to me. If I get sick of how harsh the Evo is, I will just turn it into a dedicated track car, and buy another luxury/sport car for daily driving.

EVO is the best car I've ever owned. I'm 56 and enjoy it more than ever.
I learned a long time ago...drive what you like, not what you (or others) think you should like.

LOL, thanks for the comfort guys and trust me, I am not going to get rid of it as I love every second of driving my Evo. I just wanted to hear some opinions. I too left an IS300 swapped with 2JZ-GTE for the performance that the Evo gives. Keep on boosting!
I sold my old act clutch to an elderly man running an evo 8 on ohlin suspension, 18x10 enkei rpf1's, and meth running around 400 ish, and this guy was in his 70's....... what a g he was.
