Spark plugs..

Just wondering what everyone's experience has been with different plugs here. Anyone gotten better mileage, performance, from changing to something else?

I've gone to 7ES's due to horsepower and the ignition misfiring, also gapping helps. What do you drive, what hp, what do you have now, etc etc...

Stock iridium plug at .020 to .026, I don't think it will effect mileage at all.

I have been searching for the answer to my question but I have not found one in particular plug that I would like because I am also in the need of spark plugs for my stock 03 Evo. My car just mis fired on a long trip for me, and I have been told this has happen once before. Any recommendations for any particular brand? Also what would wires would you guys recommend as well?

Thanks a million
