i need your guys help about dealership
so a couple weeks ago i heard a loud clunk or crack everytime i would get on the gas or hit the breaks hard. so i brought it to mitsubishi and they tell me they cant warrenty it because of my boostcontroller. so i asked what it was and they told me a tranny crossmember is broke?? so they told me to take it back to whoever put the clutch in because they did it wrong. i laughed cuz my buddy george specializes in evos. and his has 600hp lol. so i brought it to george and he checked everything and told me the steering rack is bad! so i call mitsubishi and they say its not under warrenty because my downpipe is hitting a crossbar causing it to break the steering, when clearly my DC sports downpipe doesnthit anywhere lol. so i need your guys help. what do i do??
im open to opinions!
thanks dudes!

Is your buddy certified? If so I would start by getting a copy of his certification and a notarized letter from him stating that the steering rack is bad and that the downpipe doesnt hit anything. Maybe even some pictures proving this... After that go back to the dealership and see what happens. I dont know how Id approach it after that
Thats what happens when you mod your car. Mitsu will never back you. This is coming out of pocket im affraid my friend.
