I just got back from Ft.Lauderdale and I am now equipped with 10 Gallons of M1 Methanol.

Got done with the install at 3:30 today.

Many, many thanks to 4WS (Tamer) for stopping by to check out my progress and helping me get the connections laid out correctly.

Tuning begins tomorrow! I cant wait!
at least every six months i try and take my pump apart. and test it off the car. I bought 10gals of meth on my last visit to VP racing also. It's a drive for me, so i double up.

When installed, maintained and tuned properly just like anything else there shouldn't be any problems.

Cheers!

Thats something Ryan and myself will talk about when were ready to tune it. He's picking up an Innovate wideband from Mike@AWDmotorsports this week and we'll be ready to have some fun. I always explain the pro's and con's of nozzle size and mixture to everyone purchasing a kit and/or tuning to make sure theyre getting whats best for them, not the average.

Cheers!

Also I see that you have an aftermarket clutch. Is that pretty much mandatory once you are at the point of going with meth?

Lets get you some cams first then we'll talk about meth =-)

Cool, thanks for the info.

Yeah VP from Miami is a little far, I spoke to the woman (dont remember her name) that works there that deals with the distributors and right now M1 Meth is going for $34.57 (or $34.67) and she said that it may shoot up over $45 in the next week so stock up if you can!

Yeah I think it is all good and ready to go, all I have to say is Tamer your the $hiznit, thanks for the help and all of your recommendations have been great, the Hallman MBC vs. the Forge that I had is night and day and basic driveability is greatly improved when you try to drive the Evo "normal"

Wideband and tune coming soon!..............

Can we say... thinking of going for the stock turbo record?

Meth is the shiznit! I just had my Cosworth M2 Cams with springs installed this past week. I went from 356hp 388torque to 378hp 432torque and the car feels insane now. I requested a very safe tune because the car is my daily driver but I know she can do more. I have an AEM Meth kit running a 50/50 mixture. Believe me you won't be sorry for adding a Meth kit. Good Luck!

It is supposed to rain for the next week but only in the afternoon until the evening so we should be doing the tune tomorrow....... I hope
