what do you mean by "turned the front rotors"?

 

I had a similar vibration problem with my car a while ago. It turned out to be rust on the brake rotors from winter snow driving. I applied the brakes periodically as I drove down on a long deserted stretch of road and the vibration gradually went away. I was worried that I was going to have to get my rotors turned, but the vibration eventually went away.
