I agree Mustangs are the most overrated under performing cars on the market. The only time I even entertained the idea of buying one was because my friends wants to buy one so bad so I thought about buying a GT500 instead of the Evo just to **** him off...then I thought it thru and saw everything wrong with doing that lol.

Yes your right, I do work on Ford everyday and all day...that should say it all. FORDS SUCK!!! If you want to get a domestic get a real car...Get a Chevy! We all know the fastest Fords have Chevy small blocks in them.

I think the only mustang I would own is a 2003 Mustang Cobra... I love my evo and all and with 500 whp is very very fast but a modded cobra has walked all over me a few times in the straights and has "hung" with me in the twisties.
He said he had some outrageous amount of $ in the suspension but only $2000 in the motor.
That car would make me think but no other american car other than the NEW Z06 would make we want to own an american car ever again.
BTW, someone made a comment about not touchin the handeling of an EVO for under $100k, CAN I SAY LOTUS EXIGE?
