True, didn't think of that. Nothing else is bent though? And it seems like its bent in the exact spot the hood comes down at.

taylor i think the dealer has no idea what he is talking about. The sound was coming from the a/c pump area not the condensor and the bottom a/c line was all wet like it was leaking from there. The best thing to do is take it to a shop and let them test the a/c system they can locate the hole where its leaking from. I can tell you a good shop that did a lot of my work thy will find the problem.

take out the a/c and use the money for mods. a/c for the loss

I would take out the AC, but I live in NC, and it gets hott. Plus this is my DD.

If it wasn't for the damn humity I wouldn't have a problem not running AC.

ohh i c man. yea well if u must then get it check somewehre that is not a mitsu dealer and use aftermarket parts cause mitsu would be EXPENSIVE

Im not sure if mitsu put dye in the systems from the factory. I know all toyotas do and some nissans. If it were to have dye in it use a black light to look for anyleaks.

If seen several visibly damaged condensers not have a problem and blow solid mid 40* air out of them, I mean like give you goose bumps.

Have you checked to see if the compressor clutch is engaging?

All I know is that Mitsu. told me there is a leak in the system somewhere, and all the freon is coming out.

get the aircon fix first. non need to replace the radiatore but you should keep a watch on it.
