So a couple of months ago i decide to buy the whole racing harness setup ( belts + bar). I also decide to buy them new from Sparco because i had the tax money at the time and i didnt want anything nicked up or torn. My harness bar showes up today almost 2 and a half months late with nicks and scratches all over it. The customer service lady said to send pictures and she will express mail a new one but i would much rather her send her general manager!

 

I had the same deal happen to me ordering my APR wing. They sent me back to back foils with nice big chips on them. And the same as you, two and a half months waiting. Yaaaarrrrrr.

 

Thats terrible service.

Well they are sending another one "express mail" which is Italian for we will do it when we feel like it! sorry to all the Italians for this post.

I did keep up with it for the 2 1/2 months they said that there was a hold on everything coming out of Italy which i can understand but when it shows up after 2 1/2 months damaged!

 

One punching bag, slightly chipped and scratched for full asking price. Seriously that blows and service like that SHOULD be exploited. Thats a horrible way to do business

 

so If i wreck and die can i sue?
