trying to the beat my brother

My brothers mustang runs 12.5 1/4 mile.... I have yet to take my car to the track, but would like to know i have the power to beat him when i do

I have an Evo 9
Mods: 3" turboback exhaust with cat delete, injen upper and lower intercooler piping, injen intake with K&N air filter, K sport coil overs, Works emotions 18" rims, blitz turbo timer, and Defi boost gauge.

I'm look to run low 12,s high 11's without cams or turbo change.. Is this a reasonable goal? If so what other mods would i need?

THank you, Ben

if you want to have a chance at least get a boost controller...turn up the boost...and get tuned for it. That right there should be close.
If you want to run in the 11's on the stock turbo you will most likely have to get a meth kit.

Just an MBC and tune, and you're already there unless you're lacking the driver mod.

My car ran a 12.6 at 109 with my brother driving.

MBC was set to 20psi, Buschur Tbe, off the shelf Dynoflash and a Works Drop-in. Oh yeah and no 2-step.

I like how he lists his Rims as power mods.

as everyone else has already mentioned.
The IX's can go high 11's with a good driver, boost controler, exhaust, tune
I have seen IX's go mid 11's on well under $1k in parts
