Somebody please help me!!!!!

Help!
I am picking up my Evo tomorrow and I want to get started on building it and figure out all of the quirks. Also, I'm new into the import scene (I fell in love with them when I was stationed in Japan.......Skylines friggin rock!!!). Can anybody give me some pointers as to where to start and which brands are biggest bang for the buck. I already have an HKS SSQV Blowoff Valve on order. I was looking for some good down pipe manufacturers.............anybody?????????

RMR makes some good downpipes, or see if AMS has theirs done as well. If you go to sites like lancershop.com and vividracing.com, you'll get a good idea of some of the manufacturers.

Check out RMR, they have very good products.... From what I understand they manufacture the best downpipe on the market...

Check your tire pressures when you take delivery. Many, including mine, were delivered with pressures that were too high. 47 psi for me.

Hey Dallas, you need to come out to some of the events at Texas Motor Speedway and Motor Sport Ranch and see what options there are first hand in a place where you can see the full potential..

We've got a few guys with turbo upgrades, a few bolts ons, mostly stock, coil overs for road racing, etc.

$20 DIY ground cable kit. Really make a difference. I felt it and glad to spend that $20-30 bucks.

Everyone will tell you that fuel management is the best way to increase power. The SAFC or Super Air Fuel Computer or S-AFC II are good investments. So is VISHNU XEDE tuning option. Of course there is also the issue if increasing boost, which again requires some sort of engine tune. Exhaust is the most espensive option and the muffler is the first thing to replace, not the downpipe. Just my .02
