The evo is freaking pissing me off!!!

first this happens at a STOP SIGN:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=356943
(one of the pulleys just broke off)

so i finally get the BOLT that holds it (takes 4 days after ordering from a local dealer) I put it in with some effort (lowered motor a bit).

now i try to put the belt back on, and move the tensioner back- and that ****ing breaks!!!!

wtf is this ****?

Damn, that sucks. I will be doing a timing belt/balance belt/serpentine belt change soon. I hope I don't run into this problem.
