Evo VIII Driver Side Carpet issue

I have noticed today that the passenger's floor carpet of the car has very noticeable lump developed recently. I try to push it down, but no luck. Nothing has hit from the bottom of the car. it's about a size of a large book. Does anyone know why this has happened and how can I fix this?

If you look at the floorboards from underneath you don't see anything?

Does it squeak when you press on it?

Nothing seems to be sticking out from underneath. Floor seems loose and rectangular. No noise is coming from it, still or while being driven. Does not seem to be affecting driving at all. Just recently smoked out headlights, dunno if that has something to do with it but I doubt it.

I think its jack or jack stand damage when jacking car up and jack slips off jack point.

Yeah, take a BFH and hammer it down, you can use a piece of iron to old underneath with a jack, so its level.

Then, get some undercoating and touch it up to prevent rust etc. You will be set....
