Where are you pulling the vacuum/boost signal from?

Did you get the signal from between the FPR and the solenoid or between the solenoid and the manifold? You can get incorrect readings if you get the signal between the FPR and the solenoid, but it's usually a 0 reading instead of vacuum.

I installed a set of these a few weeks ago. It sounds like you just got a bum gauge, which sucks. See if you can exchange it.

I'm not terribly impressed with these gauges. The stepping isn't that great in that the needle moves in larger steps than I thought. Also, I did the white illumination with clear face DSD, and the illumination is weird. They don't light up with the headlights off... and they're pretty bright at night, too bright for my taste. Oh well, I guess I'll have to figure something out.

really?
im pretty impressed with how well the gauge looks and matches the rest of the gauges. i have the smoke lens amber DSD. im happy with it, other then it being retarded. still beats paying over $300 for a defi

Yeah, I guess I'm just picky. I did have a Defi setup with 60mm gauges. I should've just gotten the 52mm with clear lens and white illumination. I would've been happier.

Oh well. I hope you get yours straightened out!

they want me to send them everything back. which means i have to go in and take all my wires out and all that crap. this is such a hassle. i dont understand why they cant just send me everything but the power harness and i send everything back but the power harness... it would make things so much easier

so now im looking at another 2-3 weeks before i have a working boost gauge. i hate driving on wastegate pressure. car feels like a terd
