Evo IX - Which ones have the aluminum roof and fenders?
As far as I know, the Evo IX came in 4 trims:
RS
Evo IX
MR
SE
All have the aluminum hood, but only the RS, MR, and SE have the aluminum roof and fenders correct? From what I was told, the regular Evo IX does not have said lighter roof and fenders. Just want to confirm, any help would be appreciated guys. Thanks in advance.

the only ones with the Aluminum roofs are the MRs and MR SEs.
The RS shaves weight by dismissing certain parts like electrical door locks, and windows. Not to mention the radio, speakers, and sound deadening are all gone.
The MR shaves weight in the opposite direction. The MR stills has all the electrical goodies that the GSR has, but employs lighter materials like the Aluminum roof.
