Am I blind?? or does the Evo IX don't have an intercooler spray? Or is it automatic?

dont worry about not having one. i have one on my 8 and i never even use it. and in auto mode it doesnt even come on.

given the name of the car - EVOLUTION- one could deduce that the IC water sprayer was nothing more than a sales gimmick used to gain unquiness, and give the user more control.


it's kinda like that light switch in your house, that is functional, but does nothing. one day I will find out what that light switch is for!!!!

 

The 03-04 evo 8's had intercooler sprayers, that feature was discontinued for the 05 model.

 

ppl be hating because i have an evo 8. its all about the IC sprayer and your right the auto mode on that thing doesn't even come on.

 

I got rid of my intercooler spray and put a cold air intake in it's place. An improvement over the IC spray.
