weird bump in floor on driver and passenger side

well just like the title states i have two wierd bumps in the floor on both the drivers side and passenger side. The bump is a quare and pretty large, im pretty sure it didn't come that way when it was new and i just noticed it after i started autoxing. It is underneath the carpet and wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else and if anyone knows what it is and what to do about it.

most likely someone accidentally jacked it up under there. lots of evo's have this, and some even punch a hole right through the floor.

I don't have an Evo, but I accidentally did that on my Ralliart. I was trying to jack it up and stupidly put the jack stand in the wrong place and i have a pretty big bump on my driver's side floor now. I was thinking of trying to hammer it out a bit or something but I don't want to wreck it any more than I did already.

It's most likely from a slipped jack. Not a big deal. Put a piece of wood on it, a short 2x4 or something like that, grab a sledge hammer and flatten it out.

Had a "bump" sticking out of my floor when I had my WRX. I remember running over the large rock that did it too. Like mplspilot says, put a piece of wood on it and have at it with a sledge hammer. All will be good...

Happened to me on the rear floor and it was because the two jackstand supports in the back dont work and buckle. I used a sledgehammer and its back to normal now.

yeah i have it on both sides. for some reason i don't think its a jack because its literally a perfect square on both sides in the same exhaust location. id say about 7 inches wide and 7 inches deep
