is there is any gasgets where the o2 housting and the down pipe connetc?

There is a donut gasket.... it fits inside the downpipe and o2 housing. The stock one is a PITA to get out, and I destroyed mine getting it out. So make sure to get a new one when installing the new parts. Good luck.....
