This a whole project through first, the supra and the evo are great base cars for "FUN" but try to think what to do and calculate the prices for parts and installation, and the end result you wish for in the end.

 

I did the same thing with my evo 8 except it was for the new g35 sedan. I got bored of my evo and wanted something nicer so i traded it in for a g35. Car was nice but i wanted something more sporty so i sold it 6month later and got an s2000. Well that didnt go so welll. Had it for 6months and thought it was way too slow and small so i sold it. Now i finally got the evo i've always wanted....a ww evo ix mr. I've had it for 7 months now and never looked back.

 

well, i'll chime in and say that every 2-3 years with a vehicle, i switch. i'm not sure why. my evo is paid off and problem free, and i still wanted to trade for a "faster or better" car. to be honest, the evo pwns any car out there as far as practicality, speed and handling period. there are nicer cars out there, but the all-rounder goes to the evo. the only problem i have had with the car is it doesn't have alot of room like a truck, but i'll just get a truck for that. i've had a supra (mkIII lol) and loved it but could never get rid of the evo. but it's what YOU like that is important to you. i may not have beamer interior but i love to smoke them on the freeways.

That's for sure...its hard to see the light again once you crossed into the darkside...

 

keep the supra do a single turbo swap and be set. i had the chance to buy a supra and turned it down for the evo. i love my evo to death but supras are nasty. thats the only car i wold trade my evo for. in my opinion id keep the supra and boost it. if i could go back i would.

 

Ever since my evo got totaled i miss it more and more each day I decided I couldnt afford the payment each month which is why i didnt get another one. So now i drive a 01 b5 a4 1.8t quattro still not the same as an evo but it has a turbo and awd!

 

If you got bored of the gt30 y not just go bigger turbo or meth? A good 50+whp would have gotten rid of that boredom quick. Get back in an evo asap.
