I see English isn't your first language. Are you trying to say your friend said that the evo X uses the STI motor? No the evo does not use the STI motor. Like others have said. The new evo did switch from the 4g63 to a 4b11

 

4b11 does sound like a subaru engine though

4g63 is a great motor

 

The 4G63 is best designed, mass produced, 4 cylinder engine ever conceived. No other engine can reliably tolerate boost like the mitsu powerplant can. It is beginning to show its age however, there are definitely plenty of things that can be done to make it better.
