Ive had good results with the BPR8ES. They are colder and are more for higher boost. Just try the 2 and see which is best for you.

What does 1.5Kg of boost equate to in PSI? The non-protruding electrode is less prone to preignite the fuel/air mixture in the combustion chamber, but, on the other hand, it tends to foul sooner in stop and go driving conditions. So,it might need to be changed a bit more frequently.

If you do a lot of city driving and run under 23 PSI, then the BR7ES might be worth a try. It is half a step colder than the stock heatrange BPR7ES.

I run a fairly stock, pump gas setup(22 PSI), but do mostly high speed highway driving. I love the BR8ES.

I just ordered some BR8EG plugs under the advice of a local tuner. I am also fairly stock(Intake, TBE, IX Bov), but my boost is set at 22psi. I have BPR7EIX iriduims in there now, and I am experiencing some backfire at WOT. Hopefully these plugs will do the trick.
