As someone stated above, Evo's are rare cars; Especially in the South. If you're going to be picky, you're going to have to travel. Cali and the NJ, NY, PA tri state area is where you're going to find what you want.

lol thats funny.. im in your area, and prettymuch the week i decided to buy my IX SE with 15k miles, was the week i found my GG IX SE with 17k miles. theres a siickk *** white ix mr at lewisville mitsu for 28 i believe

Dude I went up the day they sold it! They said they sold it a couple of hours before. It really was sick as hell.

Even when the 9's were new and still on the lots (spring '07) I had to fly from MI to NJ to get the one I wanted . . .

im in the same boat, an evo IX would be nice, but VIII will do just fine.
i got maybe 6 more months of looking until i give in for the VIII

i looked for about two months and think i got pretty lucky. the day before i went to buy this blue one i was looking at. i decided to look again and i found a WW witch i wanted perfect condition stock with low miles but even if you buy one with mods dont worry it takes alot to damage these things. or it just takes a idiot i guess

Call CBRD in York Pa. (717) 751-2345 They should have a few 8/9 that are clean and safe cars to buy used with NO worries that you are getting a P.O.S. And they are a great group of guys to work with and will give you the straight dope on the cars they have...and if they don't have what you want..they could probably find what your looking for.
