So I cannot get in contact with this company and have sent several emails to both their shipping and sales with zero response. I need my brembo rear rotors to come in as I have all of the other components in and have a track day soon.

My next step is to drive to coral pa (not too far), wait outside, and demand either my money or my product. I'm growing tired of these shady online companies, they sent me a coupon and I ordered the day I received it. I even cancelled my order with another company but I feel like I should've just ordered through the first company. I've received a receipt from them for payment as well as an order number, however I cannot get a tracking number or live person.

Has anyone had experience with them? They seemed like a legit company with phone numbers, e-mails, and the SEMA tag on their site but its turning out to be a nightmare.

Ok, this has been going on for too long. I keep getting promises from these people and they are not delivering. I've sent numerous emails, talked to them online, they've promised a tracking number and here it is tuesday and I've got nothing. It's been two weeks to get in a set of rear brembo's; these people also NEVER answer their phone.

I don't care what reputation they have in PA, they are HORRIBLE at deliving to customers in other states. If you are going to order parts stay away from them, they'll send you coupons, they'll tell you you should have your parts very very soon, and you will find that it is nothing but b.s. Yes I've read that Shawn is a very busy character but if you can't run the business properly then don't do it at all.

 

would this happen to be concept illusions...? If so they are **** poor...

 

I'm not sure if that's them, so I will say no for now. Don't want to give another shop their reputation.
