Wingless guys - what size plugs to fill trunk holes?
Best way to go is obviously the body shop,But if you want to cover the holes without spending $$,The best way imo is color matched vinyl overlays...They are very hard to notice and look way better then plugs and are super cheap -
I had all the holes welded closed, grinded down, and the trunk repainted. It cost me 200 and that was because it was a GG trunk going on an AS car. So prob less than 100$ to just have the holes welded closed and painted. Definitely the best option IMO and the cleanest looking.
I had thought the same thing but the last two tanks of gas I've got an extra 4-5mpg and no one has tried to race me or rev their engine to be cool or anything else of that nature. So it's definitely not going back on.
