Sorry i should have clarified. Yeah are the wheels stock? Also does the rest of the car looks like its modded at all? I really cant tell. The exhaust looks shinny and the engine looks like it has an "Intake" (dont know what term to use)

Its really really hard to tell if a car has been modified w/o really looking it over. I can tell you the wheels didnt come gold, I dont know what brand they are, but they're not stock. Also, I would think it has been modified in the past just from the big ole gauges. I never had a stock exhaust so I can comment on that, but if def looks big. What part of az you in? Im in Tucson.

looks like it was modded and then put back to stock. (red and blue wires in the engine bay and the gauges make me suspect that)

Stock under the hood; exhaust looks stock from the tiny pictures.

I have an idea though, why not just call the dealership and ask them?

Every Evo has been modified at some point in its life. The word stock should no longer be compared with an evo. I obviously has gauges and maybe an exhaust. So the answer to your question is no, its not stock.

powder coated or painted stock enkeis looks like maybe defi gauges and the wires under the engine bay are kinda odd but it could just be a system or an alarm. Just take someone with you thats knows what to look for as far as turning an evo back to stock. I would check the boost lines first to check if he put the stock ones back on if it ever had a boost controller. The wheels look very nice though, good luck
