Yesterday:

Did a quick hand wash of the vehicle to get enough dirt off to test "Scratch Out" on some of the worst spots. Amazing stuff. I'll have to wash and dry the car properly and do the whole body.

Today:
Jacked the front of my parts car and managed to remove the front-right Tein coilover. The rotor is crooked and was disinclined to come off. I'll need to do some more research to remove/disassemble the wheel hubs as well. I think my DD has worn front wheel bearings.

Saturday: Started the tear down to do the 60k service

Sunday: Got the crankshaft timing belt sprocket off (with an impact) and the acc belt idler pulley off (with an impact). Then the rain came (no garage working in my driveway)

Monday: Got water pump changed and new gates kevlar balance belt installed

Tuesday: Got new gates kevlar timing belt installed (everything in time...UGH had to make an SOS call to a buddy to come help me do that)

Hopefully tonight it won't be raining when I get off work and I can get the new gates acc belt on and get it buttoned back up and refilled with coolant and running.

Drove it in the pouring rain and marveled at how stable it feels and how well it drives in inclement weather.

I plasti dipped my wheels too . The stuff is great and it holds well. Protects from rock chips and stuff too. Peels right off and you can do it all over again. Just wish they had gloss black plasti dip.
