if you put some washers between the radio mounting bracket and the dash, it will push the radio out far enough to get the trim ring on. I think i used something like 3 or 4 per screw.

finally got my car back from the tuner

 

drove it to work, need to clean the windows today and pick up a package that came in idk which one I have a few coming for the car

 

I got it back together and drove it for the first time after 10 months of downtime!

 

She started making some kind of axle noise.

17x9 +22?? They look perfect, thats the best ride height IMO

 

Just got back from GridLife South/Road Atlanta. Car was so fast they made us start at the back of the pack to give the rest of the field a chance. Car was a beast, up until 33 pounds of boost @ 150mph, lifted the head and ballooned the radiator. LOL! Man what a time we had, you don't know what you're missing until you attend GridLife South.

 

I did a couple things over the last few months. Fully built motor with some sheepey parts.



redid the wiring harness. depinned and re-loomed everything. cut out what i wasnt using.



pulled old fuel lines and ran new -6an and -8an

didn't do anything big just cleaned the tb, did sea foam, been running 93 on it instead of e85 and just been driving it around

 

Took it in to the dealership, got a free 27 point inspection and a car wash as well as they took care of some recalls!

 

Installed my 3rd new water pump in 30k miles.

 

Well a day late but yesterday I had my evo tuned and back on the road after two week down time! All in all not bad around 400whp so can't complain
